Test Execution - Log in reverse order

Postby AlphaTester » 5. Dec 2008, 10:34

Hi,

when a test is running all messages will be displayed in the "LOG" registercard.
The newest (or latest messages) will be written down at the end. And there is no Auto scrolling down.
It would be helpful when the newst message will be displayed on the top of the list. Then
there is no need to scroll down during the test execution

that is so obvious, that we should be ashamed of not having thought about that...
I'll see if we can add it to 1.6, but maybe it needs a deeper look as it could require a non-local change in case somewhere in the code, the line indices are needed/used. I'll keep you informed...

regards, Claus

(As an easier solution, an "auto-scroll-to-end" setting might be an alternative (I think there is already code for that somewhere...)

Hi,

the problem is fixed in Version 1.6.
If no output is selected the auto scroll mechanism is enabled.
